An official Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Competent Government Authority.
Original TC from the previous recognized school (must be countersigned by the education officer if coming from another state/board).
The previous academic year's final result sheet or progress report from the last attended school.
Aadhar Card copies of the student as well as both parents or legal guardians for official administrative records.
